These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tessa mobile app (the "App"), provided by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd, trading as Tessa ("Tessa", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
Tessa lets you generate craft patterns — such as cross stitch, diamond painting, paint by numbers, and beading patterns — from a text description or a photo you provide. Patterns are produced using automated artificial intelligence and are provided for your personal crafting use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Tessa offers a limited amount of free use, along with paid generation packs and subscription options. The features and prices available to you are shown in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region and over time.
Generating a pattern in Tessa uses credits. How your credits behave depends on how you obtained them:
If you cancel a subscription, you keep access to its remaining credits until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription allowance stops. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts.
When using the App, you agree that you will not:
We use automated moderation and may block, remove, or limit content or accounts that breach these Terms.
You keep all rights in the photos and text you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded photos are deleted after your pattern is generated.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the patterns you generate are yours to use for your own personal crafting projects.
The App itself, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the App other than the right to use it as permitted here.
Patterns are produced automatically and may vary in accuracy, detail, and quality. They are provided "as is", and we do not guarantee that any result will meet a particular standard or be suitable for a specific purpose.
We aim to keep the App available and working, but we may change, suspend, or withdraw features at any time, and the App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
